What is legal now but won't be legal in 20 years?

Bathtubs.

Did you know that when you take your heavenly bath in a bathtub, you use a whopping 60–70 gallons of water at least, while it only makes around 10–20 gallons of water to take a shower. The difference is huge!
Coming to the reason as to why bathtubs will be illegal, let's look at some water statistics:
  • By 2025, half of the world’s population will be living in water-stressed areas.
  • 31% of schools don’t have clean water.
  • 3.6 billion people worldwide (nearly half the global population) are already living in potential water-scarce regions at least one month per year, and this could increase to 4.8–5.7 billion in 2050.
  • Two-thirds of the world’s population currently live in areas that experience water scarcity for at least one month a year.
  • In Cape Town, one of South Africa's biggest cities, the government announced: “day zero” – when dam levels would be so low that they would turn off the taps in Cape Town and send people to communal water collection points.
These are just some of the facts that illustrate the alarming situation of water availability in the world.
In these grave circumstances, how can someone waste 70 gallons of water on just bathing?
According to me, for the next 10 years, NGOs and welfare organisations will try to spread awareness about the wastage bathtub causes. People will become more informed about this, but in spite of this, there will be some section of ignorant people who will be brazenly using bathtubs.
To curb this, the next 10 years will be dedicated to convincing the governments of the countries to put a ban on the usage of bathtubs, and after a long 20 years, my prediction will be realised: utilisation of tubs will be made illegal.
So, I think bathtubs are what are legal today, but won't be after 20 years. Don't wait for 20 years though, and stop using bathtubs for the greater good :)
